Full Payment is due two (2) weeks from the date of the reservation.  All payments must be made with either certified check, money order, or cash.

$100.00 Deposit is required to hold the reservation.

There will be NO refund if cancelation is made later than twenty (20) days from the reservation date

Additional fees will be applied for any damages, lost amenities or excessive cleaning.
